Carrot cake (First post)

Hello! This is my first post in Tastes Lab. If You love sweets as like me but want to eat healthily and be fit this recipe is for You. First time when I made carrot cake I was not sure what think about it. Last time I made the experiment and felt in love in this cake. It is fluffy and mellow and just delicious! And remember You can use different ingredients and change flavour if You want. The amounts of ingredinets are approximate. Ingredients Main: 4 eggs (large size) 3 glass of flour (I use wheat flour, but You can use rye, spelt or anyone else flour - but I do not guarantee it will be tasty) 1 glass of sugar 4 carrots (bigger one) 3 tablespoons of oil (I use rapeseed oil) 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 tablespoon baking soda milk (a little) Tastemakers (You can skip things You do not like and add something You think it will be better): 1 vanilla sugar 1 almond sugar Delicacies: hazelnuts, cashews, dried cranberries, raisins Cacao Ginger Cinnamon
